Your wedding with us is guaranteed to be so much more than just a day, an occasion to be remembered for all the right reasons! By providing you with an exclusive all-in-one experience, our knowledgeable skilled team and beautiful all-encompassing venue; we will relieve you of any unnecessary stress! There is no need to worry how Aunty Jill will get from A to B - on time! Or what if it rains, where can you get ready or where you can rest your weary legs having danced the night away!
We have already thought about all of these things for you and many more!
You are not expected to be the experts in wedding planning, we are here to help and have a lot of experience in creating bespoke Weddings. We aren't here to take over your event, just simply here to offer an ear when things get a little too much. A helping hand when and if you wish, so you can focus on what truly matters and enjoy the process from beginning to end.

What your Exclusive Wedding Package includes:
Exclusivity of The Granary, Dutch Barn, Hen House and Rosa The Shepherds Hut over a 2.5 day period, from 10am on the day before your wedding, to 11am the day after.
Use of our beautiful grounds, extensive outdoor lawns, pretty wild wooded area for intimate photo moments and grassy bank for outdoor games and confetti throwing!
The Granary Ceremony:
Formal seating for up to 85 guests
Set up period between 10am and 3pm the day before your wedding.
A Ceremony of your choice - civil, humanist or vow renewal (Registrar fees not included).
Beautiful oak cross back chairs and antique desk for your register signing.
Romantic dried flower arch, ornate mirror and ivory tulle chair swags
Dismantle period between 10am and 12 noon on the first working day after your wedding.
The Dutch Barn Reception Celebrations:
Set up period between 10am - 3pm the day before your wedding
Formal seating and dining, including pretty oak cross-back chairs, white linen tablecloths and ivory tulle chair swags:
Standard round tables + top table - up to 85 guests
Refectory tables + top table - up to 120 guests
Informal Evening Reception -
up to 150 guests
Fully licensed, professionally staffed in house bar
Standard Reception glassware - high ball, wine and toast
Cake table and knife
Dried and faux flower garland with twinkling fairy lights
In-house sound system and microphone for use during wedding breakfast.
Dismantling period between 10am and 12 noon the first working day after wedding.
3 planning meetings in advance of your wedding (held Tuesday - Friday between 9:00am and 3:00pm).
Experienced coordination leading up to your wedding day and during.
The Hen House Accommodation:
2 night luxury accommodation for up to 8 guests
10am check-in on the day before your wedding, 11am check-out the day after your wedding

The Granary Ceremony
The Granary offers a rustic yet chic romantic setting - perfect for intimate wedding ceremonies. An endearing old threshing barn, which sits just a stones throw away from The Dutch Barn.
The Dutch Barn Reception
A contemporary Wedding & Events Venue boasting industrial steel features and high barrel ceilings; softened by mellow shades of waney edge oak and large glazed doors; where the light cascades over a mezzanine galleried lounge, luxurious throws and plush cushions.
The Grounds
Oddhouse Farm is set in a stunning rural location with a backdrop of towering Poplar trees and views of rolling countryside. Pretty cottage gardens and beautifully wild natural areas scattered amongst our lovingly restored picturesque buildings.
Rosa The Shepherds Hut Accommodation
Our gorgeous Shepherd's Hut is handmade and lovingly created with couples in mind. A romantic hideaway for your wedding night and a perfect back drop to capture those cherished intimate moments, to look back on in years to come.
The Hen House Accommodation
A lovingly restored old cart shed, converted into luxury self catering accommodation; sitting adjacent to The Dutch Barn and next door to The Granary. Where original features, such as oak beams and stone detailing have been combined with plush furnishings and open countryside views.

"Oddhouse Farm was exactly the right choice for our wedding. Not only is it stunning, and beautifully looked after, it's homely and relaxed and just the best base you could wish for for your wedding weekend.
Jonquil has so much passion for her venue, (although, have you SEEN it, how could she not?!) and knows it inside out. The attention to detail, the care for the surrounding area, wildlife, flora and fauna is what really stands out.
The Dutch Barn is flawless inside and out, air conditioned, with a well stocked bar, spotlessly clean toilets and a charming comfy seating area upstairs for guests to relax in. The high ceilings and huge windows make it feel so open and light and airy.
While we didn't make use of the Granary for our ceremony and opted for a church wedding, the ceremony room on site is stunning and intimate.
We did however make full use of the Hen House for the night before and night of our wedding day. The house is well equipped, immaculate and so comfortable. The bridal suite upstairs is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful furnishings, huge comfy bed and gorgeous en suite. It's the perfect place to put on your dress, and have a moment to breathe before you go and get married!
With 3 double rooms (can be made into twin rooms) downstairs as well it is a perfect base for your bridal party before the wedding, with ample space in the morning next to huge windows for natural light for hair and makeup.
