The stunning Dutch Barn has a capacity of:

up to 120 guests formally seated

or

150 guests standing

Our hire consists of our main event space - The Dutch Barn, surrounding grounds with landscaped gardens and ample secure, onsite car parking.

With our full in-house bar,  professional team of staff and handpicked Associate Catering Team.

Between us we can provide you with a fabulous venue, expert service and take the stress out of arranging your occasion, leaving you to enjoy the celebrations.

Our bespoke hire charges are split into a 4 hour and 8 hour package to cater for all events.  We appreciate everyone's requirements are unique so we can tailor these packages and charges to work with your individual needs. 

Our packages include our small experienced, professional team of bar and coordination staff. 

Our standard round tables and accompanying oak cross-back chairs. 

Linen tablecloths, standard glassware and use of our in-house kitchen facilities by our catering team. 

We've teamed up with Jakub and Jo at 24 Carrot Catering to bring you all your the culinary delights you could possibly wish for. A family business built on trust and togetherness, offering the highest quality of service and produce.

Having over 20 year’s experience we are confident 24 Carrot Catering have the knowledge and skills to help you create your perfect occasion.

Choose from a selection of tried and tested standard menus or with Jakub, create your own bespoke menu especially for your friends and family.

.  We have a fully equipped kitchen and skilled catering team, ready and waiting to cook you up a culinary delight. 

The Dutch Barn has a fully staffed in-house, licensed Bar with a late night license until 12 midnight and last orders  at 11.30pm.

Offering a wide range of beers, wines and spirits.  We have taken considerable effort and time to choose a wide and varied selection of wines from near and far, enabling us to provide the flexibility of a tiered listing; and you the flexibility to choose the drinks of your choice.  

We are confident we have something to suit everyone's taste and budget. As we only offer in-house drinks we do not have the need to charge a corkage fee. 

We have also bolstered our range to include a wide selection of bottled lagers, ales, ciders and we can even offer a small range of premium cocktails. 

Whilst you're celebrating here at Oddhouse Farm why not make the most of your occasion and include our lovely, luxurious Hen House accommodation. Available for you to hire as an additional part of your celebration and perfect for friends and family travelling from afar or simply a good excuse to make a weekend of it!

Beautifully styled and furnished, with it's spacious open plan, fully equipped kitchen diner living space, cosy wood-burning stove and large comfy sofa.

Sleeping 8 guests and consisting of 3 Super-king/twin ground-floor bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large first floor bedroom with super king bed and en-suite.
