Here at Oddhouse Farm our attention is all in the detail, complemented by a high quality, friendly and bespoke service.  Our top priority is ensuring your special day unfolds seamlessly.  Your wedding should be so much more than just a day, and an occasion to remember for all the right reasons!  By providing you with an exclusive all-in-one experience, our knowledgeable and skilled team, and a beautiful all encompassing venue; we aim to relieve you of any unnecessary stress! The worry of how to get from A to B - on time, what if it rains, where can you get ready, where can you or your guests rest weary legs after all the dancing and celebrations, when will we have time to set up and make sure everything looks just so. All things we have thought about for you.

You are not expected to be the experts in wedding planning, we are here to help and have a lot of experience in creating bespoke Weddings. We aren't here to take over your event, just simply here to offer and ear when things get a little much, a helping hand when and if you wish. We've thought of it all, so you can focus on what truly matters and enjoy the process from beginning to end.

What your Exclusive Wedding Package includes:

  • Exclusivity of The Granary,  Dutch Barn,  Hen House and Rosa The Gypsy Caravan over a 2.5 day period, from 10am on the day before your wedding, to 11am the day after.

  • Use of our beautiful grounds, including extensive outdoor lawns, pretty wild wooded area for intimate photo moments and grassy bank for outdoor games and confetti throwing!

The Granary Ceremony:

  • Formal seating for up to 85 guests

  • Set up period between 10am and 3pm the day before your wedding.

  • A Ceremony of your choice - civil, humanist or vow renewal (Registrar fees not included).

  • Beautiful oak cross back chairs and antique desk for your registry signing.

  • Romantic dried flower arch, ornate mirror and ivory tulle chair swags

  • Dismantle period between 10am and 12 noon on the first working day after your wedding.

The Dutch Barn Reception Celebrations:

  • Set up period between 10am - 3pm the day before your wedding

  • Formal seating and dining, including pretty oak cross-back chairs, white linen tablecloths and ivory tulle chair swags:

    • Standard round tables + top table - up to 85 guests

    • Refectory tables + top table - up to 120 guests

    • Informal Evening Reception -

      up to 150 guests

  • Fully licensed, professionally staffed in house bar

  • Standard Reception glassware - high ball, wine and toast

  • Cake table and knife

  • Dried and faux flower garland with twinkling fairy lights

  • In-house sound system and microphone for use during wedding breakfast.

  • Dismantling period between 10am and 12 noon the first working day after wedding.

  • 3 planning meetings in advance of your wedding (held Tuesday - Friday between 9:00am and 3:00pm).

  • Experienced coordination leading up to your wedding day and during.

The Hen House Accommodation:

  • 2 night luxury accommodation for up to 8 guests

  • 10am check-in on the day before your wedding, 11am check-out the day after your wedding

  • Welcome Hamper to greet you

  • First floor bridal suite with ensuite bathroom

  • 3 super king / twin ground floor bedrooms,

    2 additional ground floor bathrooms

  • Option to add continental breakfast

Rosa The Gypsy Caravan Accommodation:

  • 1 night stay on the wedding night for up to 2 guests

  • Check in from 11am on wedding day, 11am check out on the day after your wedding

  • Additional extra night optional

  • Welcome Hamper of essentials to greet your guests
