Here at Oddhouse Farm our attention is all in the detail, complemented by a high quality, friendly and bespoke service. Our top priority is ensuring your special day unfolds seamlessly. Your wedding should be so much more than just a day, and an occasion to remember for all the right reasons! By providing you with an exclusive all-in-one experience, our knowledgeable and skilled team, and a beautiful all encompassing venue; we aim to relieve you of any unnecessary stress! The worry of how to get from A to B - on time, what if it rains, where can you get ready, where can you or your guests rest weary legs after all the dancing and celebrations, when will we have time to set up and make sure everything looks just so. All things we have thought about for you.
You are not expected to be the experts in wedding planning, we are here to help and have a lot of experience in creating bespoke Weddings. We aren't here to take over your event, just simply here to offer and ear when things get a little much, a helping hand when and if you wish. We've thought of it all, so you can focus on what truly matters and enjoy the process from beginning to end.

The Granary Ceremony
The Granary offers a rustic yet chic romantic setting - perfect for an intimate wedding. An endearing old threshing barn, which sits just a stones throw away from The Dutch Barn.
Comfortably seating 85 guests, The Granary's historic old brick detailing and stone walls offers a complete contrast to the contemporary feel of The Dutch Barn, yet complement each other perfectly.
Fully furnished with antique desk and chairs for signing of the Register, along with oak cross back chairs and ivory tulle chair swags to add an air of romance.
The Granary has a long aisle directly from The Hen House providing a perfect, easy access for any bride and whatever the weather.
**If you are planning a church wedding we can also cater for this.

The Dutch Barn Reception
The Dutch Barn is a a dramatic and contemporary, recently converted Wedding & Events Building. It's typical industrial steel features and high barrel ceilings have been combined with soft mellow shades of waney edge oak and large glazed doors; where the light floods in even on a dull day.
Complete with full, inhouse bar and relaxed mezzanine lounge area; where wooden floors, comfy leather sofas, plush cushions and lavish throws greet you, creating the perfect place to watch the celebrations unfold and the sun go down.
Formally seating up to 85 guests using our standard round tables, up to 120 refectory style; and accommodating informally up to 150. It offers the perfect space for a great party!
Fully furnished with oak cross back chairs, white linen table cloths and standard glassware. The dining area can be arranged to combine a top table with our standard round tables to seat 85; or with refectory style tables to seat up to 120.

The Hen House Accommodation
The Hen House is a charming old cart shed, newly converted into luxury group accommodation. It sits adjacent to The Dutch Barn and is attached to The Granary. The Hen House has been sympathetically and loving restored, to retain many of it's original features, such as oak beams and stone detailing.
Sleeping 8 guests.
Offering luxury self-catering accommodation, spread over 2 floors, 3 ground floor twin / super king bedrooms, 1 of which is ensuite. 1 further groundfloor bathroom, open plan kitchen diner and lounge with log burning stove and outside dining area, comfy sofa and firepit.
Spacious, luxurious bridal suite with superking bed, large ensuite walk in shower, full length mirror, vintage furniture, dressing table and wardrobe space. Views over open countryside.

The Gypsy Caravan Accommodation
Our gorgeous Gypsy Caravan / Shepherd's Hut is handmade and lovingly created with couples in mind. A romantic hideaway for your wedding night. A perfect back drop to capture some of those cherished intimate moments, to look back on in years to come. Somewhere you can escape to gather your thoughts, refresh your makeup and titivate your dress and cravat!
Alternatively, it can be the perfect 'Thank you' for your Maid of Honour or Best Man. With it's comfy double bed, ensuite shower and kitchen facilities. It's a cosy and secluded retreat is available as part of your exclusive wedding package.

The Grounds
Oddhouse Farm is set in a stunning rural location with a backdrop of towering Poplar trees that rustle on the wind and views of rolling countryside. Pretty fragrant cottage gardens, beautifully wild and natural areas, dappled shade and sunny bursts of flower gardens scattered in amongst our lovingly restored picturesque buildings.
On your special day the grounds are exclusively yours to enjoy, along with the hard to beat sunsets.
So whether you are looking for somewhere to sneak away to for a quiet moment, with intimate photos; or a large patch of lawn for the children to play vintage games on, there's a perfect spot to do just that.

What your Exclusive Wedding Package includes:
Exclusivity of The Granary, Dutch Barn, Hen House and Rosa The Gypsy Caravan over a 2.5 day period, from 10am on the day before your wedding, to 11am the day after.
Use of our beautiful grounds, including extensive outdoor lawns, pretty wild wooded area for intimate photo moments and grassy bank for outdoor games and confetti throwing!
The Granary Ceremony:
Formal seating for up to 85 guests
Set up period between 10am and 3pm the day before your wedding.
A Ceremony of your choice - civil, humanist or vow renewal (Registrar fees not included).
Beautiful oak cross back chairs and antique desk for your registry signing.
Romantic dried flower arch, ornate mirror and ivory tulle chair swags
Dismantle period between 10am and 12 noon on the first working day after your wedding.
The Dutch Barn Reception Celebrations:
Set up period between 10am - 3pm the day before your wedding
Formal seating and dining, including pretty oak cross-back chairs, white linen tablecloths and ivory tulle chair swags:
Standard round tables + top table - up to 85 guests
Refectory tables + top table - up to 120 guests
Informal Evening Reception -
up to 150 guests
Fully licensed, professionally staffed in house bar
Standard Reception glassware - high ball, wine and toast
Cake table and knife
Dried and faux flower garland with twinkling fairy lights
In-house sound system and microphone for use during wedding breakfast.
Dismantling period between 10am and 12 noon the first working day after wedding.
3 planning meetings in advance of your wedding (held Tuesday - Friday between 9:00am and 3:00pm).
Experienced coordination leading up to your wedding day and during.

2 night luxury accommodation for up to 8 guests
10am check-in on the day before your wedding, 11am check-out the day after your wedding
