Celebrate your occasion in style and hold your tasteful Hen Party or Girlie Celebrations at The Hen House! If you're looking for an alternative Hen Party or simply an excuse for a good old Girlie Celebration and you fancy the idea of glamping but can't quite bring yourself to the realism of blow up beds and composting loos! If you love the idea of waking up in beautifully rural surroundings but enjoy the comfort of a proper bed and roof above your head - then The Hen House may well be the place for you! It's central, easy access location means it is perfect to bring all your friends together from wherever they are travelling and under one roof all in a stunning location. Somewhere you can relax with friends, enjoy a glass of wine, play games, hire a hot tub, have a good old natter and indulge in delicious food all created and catered for by your own personal visiting Chef for the night! With it's 3 superking / twin, groundfloor bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dormitory style large first floor bedroom with ensuite, large open plan kitchen and living room space, it's cosy woodburning stove and spacious layout is a great place to celebrate. However, it may be a good time at this stage to point out, that whilst we understand some of you on the other hand may be looking for a slightly more typical Hen Party or girl's raucous weekend and we obviously don't want to spoil your fun but The Hen House probably isn't the ideal place for your wild nights out! We value our beautiful wildlife and tranquil surroundings and hope you will do so too.
Our Hen Party / Girlie Celebration Prices:
The Package
2 night stay - £100 per person, per night, minimum of 8 guests 3 night stay - £95 per person, per night, minimum of 6 guests + £300 Security Bond (refundable on departure, subject to our T & Cs
What to expect

- Outdoor fire pit to pass the evening away
- Fully equipped kitchen diner with crockery, cutlery, larder fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, double oven and induction hob
- Private outdoor area with relaxed dining & comfy sofa area to spill out into with beautiful views over open countryside
- Check in after 4pm & relaxed check out by 11am
- Private secure parking

The Optional Extras
PLEASE NOTE: Optional Extras must be ordered prior to your Final Payment due date.
- Additional log baskets with kindling & fire lighters for wood burner or fire pit - £10.00 each
- ONLY logs and kindling supplied by ourselves are to be used on site - thank you!
- Early check-in or late check out - £20.00 per person (subject to availability).
- Day visitors - £30 per day per person, access from 10am until 10pm and subject to total no. of guests.
- Hire your own personal Chef - should you wish to find out more, please email Adam at [email protected] who will be happy to chat through your requirements and put a price together for you.
- Hire a Hot Tub - £60, plus direct hire fee with Midland Hot Tub Hire - ONLY AVAILABLE BETWEEN THE MONTHS OF MAY AND SEPTEMBER
We currently offer 1 night stays based on a full house of 12 only, 2 night stays for a minimum of 8 guests and 3 night stays for a minimum of 6 guests. Our Hen and Chick Parties / Girlie Celebration Packages accommodate 12 guests in total, with several great configuration options to suit varying needs. Our regular check in day is a Friday, but we do offer mid week check in days too and dependent on availability. If you find you are a smaller gathering, we are able to offer accommodation for just 6 guests by closing off the first floor leaving the 3 ground floor bedrooms, offering 6 twin beds or 3 super king rooms; however for us to be able to offer this package we do stipulate that your stay is for a minimum of 3 nights. This can work really well for a cosy Girlie Get Together please do enquire we may be able to squeeze you in, dependent on your preferred date and length of stay, this smaller guest number is reflected in the price we can offer. Note:
Please appreciate on rare occasions when the weather is particularly blustery, it may not be possible during your stay to have the fire pit / bbq burning and in the interest of safety to our guests and also our beautiful surroundings. We operate a very strict no-noise outside or loud music inside after 11pm or before 10am policy. This is for the benefit of not only other guests, but also our wildlife and ourselves, it is their home, like it is our's after all! Please be aware that during your stay there may well be other guests visiting or staying on site, either at our glamping site or wedding and events venue.
